That was incredibly beautiful and fabulous hotel set in lovely area, close enough to the outlet and The Big Cat Sanctuary and a lovely area cinema and bar and parks close by, short walk from train and town Center and the city center. The English breakfast I ordered was excellent. Booked a room with good views, and the staff were lovely and approachable people at the reception desk...

Great-sized units with a safe, decent size fridge, a big shower, excellent employees. Ideal, fantastic location in Ashford, close to shops and spas as well as which offers rather good beer.

All of the staff was amicable and excellent. There were cable channels, a refrigerator, coffee and tea making equipment in the room, loved that. The breakfasts were warm with options hot and fresh waffles, as for instance.

Stayed in practical and big size twin room with comfy bed. The setting was magnificent, not far from the electric bay, Ashford town centre and the McArthur Glen outlet and Ashford Outlet. We saw Ashford Designer Outlet, that's within walking distance of the venue.

Its location is particularly good, near to train station as well as a brewery, which offers rather good beer. The staff are caring and very amiable.

We stayed here for 1 night and really enjoyed the place. Unbeatable location close to the train station, exceptional staff, everything was exceptional.
